SHIPPING

We make every effort possible to ship your order by the most economical method available. Rest assured that we do not add inflated handling fees. Orders of excessive size or weight may be shipped via common carrier (freight line). You will be notified if this is necessary.

We ship from various manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. If your order contains multiple items, these items may arrive in separate shipments. If you have questions, or comments regarding multiple shipping, please do not hesitate to contact K & E Promotions for assistance. Please be advised that we can not ship to P.O. Boxes.

RETURN POLICY

K & E Promotions wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure that we meet this standard, K & E uses only merchandise from partners that we trust. Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized promotional items. Please check your order for any defects immediately upon arrival as there are no returns after 30 days from receipt of order. In the event you receive defective merchandise (defects unrelated to imprint), please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.
